Bell Ringing
A keen body of bell ringers (inspired by Graham White of Charwelton) meet weekly for bell-ringing practice (on Wednesdays) and summon the sleepy to church on Sunday mornings. The bells in Preston, a ring of 5, are reputedly the heaviest in the county. If you’d like to join the bell ringers just turn up on Wedneday evenings at 8pm.
