Services

Preston Capes services are generally as follows :

2nd Sunday – Evensong – Book of Common Prayer – 6 pm
3rd Sunday – Holy Communion – 9.30 am
4th Sunday – Holy Communion – 8 am
1st Sunday † – occasionally Matins – Book of Common Prayer 9.30am (N.B. † This service is held only when the preceding service was a fifth Sunday and the service didn’t take place at Preston Capes.)

On fifth Sundays, Preston Capes usually join forces with the other four parishes in our Benefice (Badby, Newnham, Charwelton and Fawsley) for a combined service at one of the churches.

In addition to these regular services we have services especially geared towards families and children which are held on Mothering Sunday, Harvest Festival and the Christingle.

The flower rota is organised by Claire Hoare (361263), please contact her if you would like to be included, as new recruits would be most welcome.
