Sale at the Wheatsheaf Hotel, Daventry

Friday October 28th 1932, at 2.30 p.m., precisely.
Revisions of sale particulars to be deemed part of the conditions of sale.
Order of Sale -
Lots 8, 11 and 12 (if not sold with the whole Estate or Blocks) will be offered at the end of the sale after Lot 56.
Lots 16, 26 and 38 are withdrawn from the sale.
Lots 44, a portion of Lot 48 and Lot 53 have been sold privately.
Sale particulars revisions -
Lot 1, Page 14. - The apportioned rent in respect of Mr. Sowel's holding should read £221 and not £121.
Lot 8, Page 21. Foot Note - delete note and substitute - This lot is sold subject to rights of way for clearing trees and underwoods and other purposes over a strip 50 feet wide, from existing gateway opposite Woodford Road along the line of the old fence of field No.21, to the wood, and to similar rights over a strip 50 feet wide along the Western boundary of field Pt.No.14.
Lot 9, Pages 22 & 23. Foot Note to Schedule. Field No.41. refers to the Parish of Charwelton and not Preston Capes. The area should read 8.137 Acres and not 34.237 Acres. The note on page 9, shuld be altered accordingly.
