VILLAGE FETE
18th July 2010
Our annual village fete, in aid of the Village Hall and Church - to take place in the church square, churchyard and the gardens of The Old Rectory, from 2.00-4.30pm.
ATTRACTIONS INCLUDE:
Fairground Organ
Formula Renault Racing Car - bring your camera for a unique "photo opportunity"!
"Silly Soapy" the Children's Clown - show starts at 2.15pm
Children's Face-painting
Afternoon Teas, Icecreams and Candyfloss
Pimm's Bar
Local Nature and Archaeology Displays in the Church
Hula-Hooping
VILLAGE STALLS:
Plants & Home Produce, Cakes, Books and Bric-a-Brac
TRADING STALLS:
Bijoux Gifts (bags, baskets, scarves, jewellery, cardigan and wraps)
Anna Steiner (hand-printed textiles and cushions)
Phoenix Trading (greetings cards, gift wrap and stationery)
Forever Living (aloe-vera skin and beauty products)
GAMES FOR CHILDREN & ADULTS including giant bar skittles, coconut shy, tombola, test your strength, and slippery pole.
Ample free parking.
