This Sunday at Preston Capes church: Holy Communion at 9.30am.
PARISH COUNCIL
The first parish council meeting of the year will be held next Tuesday (21st February) at 7.45pm in the village hall. Don’t forget that this meeting is open to all parishioners, who have an opportunity to voice any concerns or make any comments during the designated “public time”. (Please note that until further notice all parish council meetings will take place on the third Tuesday of each month.)
W.I. LUNCH
A reminder to all Preston Capes WI members that this month’s lunch outing takes place tomorrow (Friday) – meet at 12.15pm in the church square for a visit to Stoke Bruerne.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
The Preston Capes Sunday school - organised by Rosemary Bowden and Heather Wilson - is now meeting regularly on the first Sunday of each month, from 10.00-11.00am, in the church. All children are most welcome, as are parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. – various activities for the children, coffee/tea for the adults and sticky buns all round (for those not on diets!).
