AIR AMBULANCE
Preston Capes WI were delighted to welcome so many members from neighbouring WIs to their meeting last Thursday. The main focus of the evening was an extremely interesting, lively and informative talk by a representative of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance Service about the valuable work of this organisation. At the end of the evening a cheque for over £270 was handed over to the WNAA, comprising monies raised at December's Christmas auction, entrance/raffle on the evening, plus several generous individual donations.
W.I, COFFEE MORNING
A coffee morning and cake sale will be held in the village hall on Saturday, 25th March – more details next week!
