In one of the worst summers in memory, we were extremely lucky to get a rain-free and relatively warm day for our fete last yesterday. Although numbers were a little down on last year, stalls and games did a good trade and we are hopeful of an excellent outcome in terms of fund-raising. Thanks to everyone who came and supported our event.
The fete committee would like to thank all those villagers who worked tirelessly all day (and before/after) to make everything run so smoothly, plus all our programme advertisers. Special thanks are due to Luke and Victoria Bridgeman for allowing us to use The Old Rectory Gardens, and real cialis online Roger and Sarah Jenkins and the Sir Thomas White’s Charity trustees for the use of the car-parking field. We were also pleased to welcome back the Northamptonshire Artefact Recovery Club and thank them for an excellent exhibition.
