VILLAGE FETE – Sunday, 15th July

Come and enjoy a traditional summer fete in this picturesque South Northamptonshire village. Taking place from 2.00-4.30pm, our annual event takes place in the churchyard, church square and the gardens of The Old Rectory (by kind permission of Luke & Victoria Bridgeman).

Entrance is by programme (£1.00 adults, children cialis overnight delivery free) and there’s ample free off-road car-parking available (entrance to car park is at the south end of the High Street, with a footpath to the main fete area).

Come and enjoy …

AFTERNOON TEAS – Tea/coffee and delicious home-made cakes available all afternoon in the village hall.

PIMM’S BAR – Refreshing glasses of Pimm’s served at the bar in the church square.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL DISPLAY – Returning for a third year, the Northamptonshire Artefact Recovery Club will be displaying many new and interesting finds from the area. Come and see them in the church.

FAIRGROUND ORGAN – Providing traditional music all afternoon.

CHILDREN’S ENTERTAINMENT – “Silly Soapy” the Clown will be entertaining the children from 2.30pm.

A WIDE RANGE OF STALLS – including plants, home produce, secondhand books, cakes, bric-a-brac, sweets, icecreams and embroidery/crafts.

GAMES FOR ALL THE FAMILY – including bowling, coconut shy, test your strength, giant fruit machine and the ever-popular tombola, plus a range of games for our younger visitors.

FACE-PAINTING – for the children.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW – Purchase your tickets for the chance to win our (almost legendary!) “Barrow of Booze”, a summer hamper, supermarket voucher or one of our other prizes.

All monies raised are divided equally between our church and village hall, both of which are currently carrying out major programmes of refurbishment/improvement – we hope that you’ll be able to join us on 15th July, and look forward to seeing you!
